Five weeks has passed since the operation on my shoulder and I’m happy to report that, the last couple of days, there’s been a dramatic improvement. The biggest change is that I’m now able to sleep in my bed for more than three hours in a row. It’s indeed a relief to “move out” of the couch, where I’ve practically lived for weeks now.
I’ve been back at work for about three weeks and although, I must admit the first week made me very tired, it was the right thing to do. Staying at home bored me to death and it was slowly but steadily driving me crazy.
I’ve also started going to the gym again (I’m carefully avoiding any upper body exercise). It makes me feel so good and I’m sure it contributes to my improved sleeping habits.
Also, Spring is here and Summer is on its way and with them concerts and events that I’m looking forward to very much. This is what I have planned so far, hopefully more dates will be added along the way.

This, two much awaited trips, the fact that I finally can tie my own shoelaces with two hands again and some personal issues that have fallen into place and it feels like the worst is over. Some day I’ll look back on this and it will all seem funny.
Over and out! /Anna
Anna, you will shake this world off your shoulder. Have a laugh on me because someday we’ll look back on this and it will all seem funny. No surrender. Paul
